Loneliness is a horrible feeling and if you lucky enough to never have felt it then you should hope you never do. One of the biggest social problems, loneliness often accompanies depression. There are however great ways to beat loneliness and they are as follows.
An effective way to conquer loneliness is to start by getting out. Find a place to hang out at. This could be a café, a bookstore, a mall or even a restaurant if you don’t mind eating alone. Bring something along with you to do such as a book or you could just sit back and watch everyone else. Loneliness does not always mean a lack of company but could mean that you just long for people around you. If you do want company, try speaking to the waiters or strike up a conversation with someone sitting alone.
Another great way to beat loneliness is to take up an activity. Join the yoga classes down the road or the dance class in your neighbourhood. This is a good time to socialise with other and you get a great work out as well. Book clubs are also fabulous. They encourage loads of talking and you will be able to meet many people.
A nice way to not feel alone is to call up some buddies and invite them over to your place for coffee or even dinner. This will not only ensure you some company but you will be able to get excited about it. After following the above steps you will soon find that your loneliness doesn’t exist anymore.

A shred of loneliness
You can be totally alone without feeling a shred of loneliness and you can be absorbed by loneliness even when you are not alone. Human connection determines whether you are lonely or not, not whether you are surrounded by people. Loneliness is one of the biggest complaints of people that see therapists for any type of counseling mostly because we live in a world that closes off from intimate connection. Loneliness is more common these days than ever before because too many people have simply grown up unsure and most definitely unhappy.
Being alone can be a good thing. You can wind down, spend some time developing new ideas or thoughts, and take out a little time just for you. It’s really nice to have the time to pamper yourself and being alone doesn’t have to mean isolation. Loneliness, however, is the leading cause of suicide in the Western world and many people only realize after the intentional death just how lonely someone is.
Loneliness does not need to be a way of life. Reaching out is as simple as a phone call. If there aren’t any friends to call, there are hotlines and emergency numbers. There are websites and there are organizations that are dedicated to the mission of squashing loneliness. We need lose not one more individual to the echo of loneliness, but we need to learn to pull together and be a more loving world so that even the cold never have to feel loneliness swallow them up.

Loneliness and fatigue
Loneliness is unbearable. This sense is familiar to all people. All people know that loneliness is very hard to go through. People are social beings and they can’t live without society. That is why when a person remains alone, he/she begins to suffer. These sufferings are very oppressive, the time passes slowly and life seems very dull. It is natural that people want to communicate with others. However, there are special conditions, when people crave for loneliness and it is also natural. Absolutely natural! This happens when people are exhausted. If you feel extreme fatigue, you want to be alone. I think that this is familiar to all people. All people need to be alone sometimes. When our brain is overloaded with a great amount of useless information, we don’t want to see anybody, to hear anybody, to talk to anybody and so on. We simply need some time to lie on the sofa and look at the ceiling. This is the quickest and most effective way to restore powers. Sometimes we are so tired and exhausted that the slightest sounds irritate us and the slightest movements make us alert. That is why loneliness is best way to cope with extreme fatigue. That is why we can’t regard loneliness to be the absolute evil. Loneliness is vital in small amounts. This is a doctor for our nerves and mental sphere.
